PCSB固化建筑废渣的路面基层性能研究

Performance of the Road Base Material: Construction Waste Cured by PCSB

摘要: 从建筑废渣的基本性质入手,研究PCSB(Poly Chem Soil Binder)固化建筑废渣的机理,将建筑废渣与PCSB固化剂按照一定配合比掺和,制作试件,经过养护后测定其抗压强度,研究其作为路面基层材料的性能,讨论PCSB与建筑废渣固化的相容性,研究PCSB与建筑废渣混合料成型的最佳含水率和最大干密度。最后根据设计的PCSB固化建筑废渣配合比即时制作试件和延迟成型试件,按照标准条件、自然养护,测定饱水、不饱水的7d无侧限抗压强度。试验结果表明:PCSB固化建筑废渣的水稳性能、延迟成型凝结性能优越,能够以7%的PCSB掺量达到城市快速路和城市主干路的路面基层和底基层的抗压强度标准,用PCSB固化建筑废渣并制备路面基层材料具有可行性。

Abstract: Improper handling of construction waste has adverse environmental and social impacts. This article mainly focuses on construction waste used as road base material cured by PCSB (Poly Chem Soil Binder). The components of construction waste and the physical properties were analyzed. The compatibility between PCSB and construction waste solidification was discussed, and the optimum water content and maximum dry bulk density of the mix of PCSB and construction waste were studied. Specimens with a designed mix ratio of the PCSB and construction waste were made by means of instant formation and delayed formation. The specimens were cured under standard condition and room temperature. The unconfined compressive strength of water-saturated and unsaturated specimens were measured after curing for 7 days. It's concluded that construction waste cured by PCSB is of good water stability and condensation performance in delayed formation. The mixture with 7% of PCSB meets the standard requirement of unconfined compressive strength standards for pavement base and subbase of urban expressway and urban main road. Preparation of road base material by PCSB-stabilized construction waste is feasible.
