On the basis of laboratory test and in consideration of geostress, size, direction and connectivity of structural plane, the macro-mechanics parameters of rock slope are obtained by optimization back analysis using dividing and grading method. The results are applied to three-dimensional finite element calculations. Calculation result suggests that the macro-mechanics parameters objectively and reasonably reflect the safety and stability of the slope.
