摘要: 随着科技的进步和工业文明的发展,各种污染物质源源不断进入到水体,对水环境造成了严重污染。以藻类为研究对象,综述了重金属、有机化合物及人工纳米材料对藻类生态毒性效应的研究进展,重点从藻的生长、酶活性、光合作用、细胞结构和代谢等方面进行了归纳,最后对该领域的研究提出了建议及展望。期望能为藻类敏感物种的筛选和生态毒理学基础研究奠定基础。

Abstract: The development of science and technology and industry has brought about severe pollution to water environment. Research advances in the ecotoxicological effects of heavy metals, organic compounds and nano-materials on algae are reviewed from aspects of the growth, enzyme activity, photosynthesis, cell structure and metabolism of algae. Furthermore, suggestions and prospects for researches in this area are put forward in the hope of laying foundation for the selection of sensitive algae species and the basic research of ecotoxicology.
