Taking into account the influence of mining type and extreme climate in cold region, we considered blasting damage factor and freezing-thawing coefficient aside from general factors, and then carried out interactive test for all the factors using a nonlinear data evaluation model of uniform design in order to research the variation of slope stability coefficient under different factor levels. Furthermore we adopted grey correlation analysis to analyze the test results, and then sequenced the factors according to their correlation degrees. The results show that cohesion is the greatest influence factor with a correlation degree of 0.763, followed by modulus of elasticity, blasting damage factor and freezing-thawing coefficient, which indicates that rock mass strength has the largest influence on slope stability in cold region, yet the effects of blasting vibration and the freezing-thawing cycle are non-negligible. %U http://ckyyb.crsri.cn/EN/10.11988/ckyyb.20140263
