The variations of axial velocity and hydraulic loss along with the distance of measurement point to the cylinder center are obtained, and the fitting formulas describing the variations of axial velocity and hydraulic loss with flow rate and annulus ratio are given. The test results are consistent with the fitting formulas, and most of the correlation coefficients are above 0.95, indicating that the fitting formulas are feasible. The result is a test support for the theoretical research and practical application of the annulus flow field around cylinder. %U http://ckyyb.crsri.cn/EN/10.3969/j.issn.1001-5485.2015.04.010
