Laboratory tests (orthogonal tests and durability tests) were carried out to investigate its penetrativity, viscosity, stone rate, compressive strength of stone, and durability. Physical and chemical properties of the slurry and its stone were analyzed in details. When the water-cement ratio was 1, the best proportion of the mixtures was obtained as MC∶F∶B∶L∶SS=43∶30∶15∶8∶4. The funnel viscosity of the slurry were 28s, stone rate 99.1%, gelling time 55min, and 28d compressive strength 16.86MPa. The slurry was applied to the grouting of the fractured rock of a coal seam floor, and good results were achieved. Compared with common chemical grouting materials, this slurry is less costly, convenient to store, with neither toxicity nor pollution. %U http://ckyyb.crsri.cn/EN/10.3969/j.issn.1001-5485.2012.07.017
