双PWM控制的双馈调速系统在泵站电机上的应用

摘要: 针对泵站电机低速时负载转矩小、调速范围不大、系统非频繁起停等特点,给出了一个双PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)控制的绕线电机双馈调速系统,整流侧采用电流内环电压外环的双闭环直接电流控制,逆变侧采用转速、磁链双闭环的矢量控制策略。试验结果表明,通过双PWM变流器控制可实现能量的双向流动,该调速系统控制精度高,动态响应迅速,对电网几乎无谐波污染,可实现电机超/低同步无极调速,能有效改善泵站电机的调速性能和实现泵站电机的节能降耗。

Abstract: Pump station motor has small load torque when speed is slow, not wide range of speed regulation and non-frequent starting and braking. In view of this, a doubly-fed coiling motor speed regulation system based on dual-PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control is presented. Dual-close-loop i.e. current inner loop and voltage outer loop control is used in the rectifier, and selected speed and flux dual-close-loop vector control strategy in generator-side converter. The obtained experimental results indicate that dual-PWM converter could achieve bidirectional energy streaming. The presented system has high control precision, quick dynamic response, and little harmonic pollution. It could also adjust the motor speed smoothly at the state of sub-synchronous or hyper-synchronous running, improve speed regulation performance of pump station motor and has obvious energy-saving effect.
