摘要: 砂砾石土灌浆技术近些年来取得了较大的进展,有必要对砂砾石土灌浆技术的研究成果进行总结述评。通过查阅大量相关文献,对砂砾石土灌浆理论、灌浆材料和灌浆自动记录设备等方面的研究成果进行了梳理分析。从非牛顿流体、黏度时变性、劈裂灌浆和注浆模拟试验等4个方面对灌浆理论进行简要述评和分析,从水泥浆材和化学浆材两方面对灌浆材料进行概括和分析,而针对灌浆自动记录仪对灌浆设备的研究成果进行了整理分析。广大科研人员在砂砾石土灌浆技术领域所取得的宝贵研究成果,必将推动灌浆事业的蓬勃发展。

Abstract: Great progress has been made in the study of sand and gravel layer grouting technology. In the present paper, the theories, grouting materials and automatic recording apparatus of sand gravel layer grouting are analyzed through literature review. Grouting theories are expounded in four aspects: non-Newtonian fluid, viscosity time-variant performance, fracture grouting and grouting simulation test. Grouting material is divided into cement slurry and chemical slurry, and the grouting facility is analyzed in terms of automated recording equipment. Previous research achievements will prosper the grouting techniques development.
