辋川河引水输水渡槽结构性能评估研究

摘要: 为全面了解辋川河引水输水渡槽的质量现状,保证渡槽的安全使用,对渡槽进行了质量检测与结构性能分析。通过对渡槽的检测,得到渡槽的外观缺陷、混凝土强度、混凝土碳化深度和钢筋锈蚀等参数,随后利用这些参数建立ANSYS有限元计算模型,分析渡槽各控制截面内力值。通过将分析结果与渡槽结构极限承载力相比较,可知槽身各截面的承载能力不足,后期使用需进行加固处理。

Abstract: In order to ensure the safe operation, we carried out quality inspection and analysis on the aqueduct structure of Wangchuan River diversion project. Parameters of the aqueduct inclusive of appearance defects, concrete strength, concrete carbonization depth, and corrosion of steel reinforcement were obtained through the quality inspection. On this basis, an ANSYS finite element model was established and the internal forces of control sections of the aqueduct were analyzed. By comparing the model results with the ultimate bearing capacity of aqueduct, we conclude that the bearing capacity of aqueduct body was insufficient, and the structure needs to be reinforced.
