随着水文自动测报软件技术的不断演变和进化,且信息采集、传输实现方式多元化,遥测终端产品种类繁杂,系统软件研发各自为阵,不同程度地影响了新建系统与已建系统的正常集成和各级网络的互连互通,信息资源得不到有效共享。鉴于上述问题,依据各水文自动测报系统建设的共性,并结合长期工作实践与技术探索对系统采集层数据传输与软件制定相应规约,以解决基于不同RTU的水文自动测报系统建设。
Abstract
With the development of hydrological telemetry software and the diversification of information acquisition and transmission, there is a large variety of RTUs (Remote Terminal Units) and system softwares. The normal integration, network connection, and information sharing between new system and built system are affected. In view of this, we drafted stipulations on the data transmission and software development for the hydrological telemetry system based on years of research and practice. The research is expected to solve problems for the construction of automatic hydrological telemetry system with different RTUs.
