以京新高速公路集宁—呼和浩特段为例，根据工程项目所处的干旱半干旱地区的自然地理特点，结合已有的同类型工程水土保持经验，系统地归纳总结了高速公路穿越不同地貌类型在水土保持方案编制过程中应当注意的一些问题，如：水土流失防治区的划分、工程节点的控制、隧道工程防治区措施设计等，以期对高速公路水土保持方案的科学合理编制做一些有益的探讨。

According to the natural geographical features of the project site, and based on experiences in this regard, notable issues in making soil and water conservation scheme for highway across different landforms are summarized as: partition of soil erosion prevention areas, control over the engineering nodes, preventive measures for tunnel projects, etc. The section from Ji’ning to Hohhot of Beijing-Urumqi Highway where the land is arid and semi-arid is taken as an example.
