摘要

针对内陆干旱区平原水库水面无效蒸发损失量大的问题,利用苯板复合隔墙板(简称隔墙板)质轻、强度大、抗渗性好及无毒无害等自身材料特点,将其应用于干旱区平原水库防蒸发节水技术中。通过抗折破坏荷载试验和现场试验验证该新型防蒸发材料用于平原水库防蒸发节水技术的可行性。结果表明:隔墙板抗折破坏荷载能力较强,可在一定程度上抵抗波浪力;隔墙板最终稳定尺寸(长×宽)为1 500 mm×600 mm,将其覆盖于平原水库之上的试验结果较为理想。故将隔墙板应用于平原水库防蒸发节水技术是可行的。

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of invalid evaporation of the reservoir water surface in inland arid plain, we applied the partition board made of polystyrene plate and fiber cement(hereinafter referred to as the partition board) to the water saving and evaporation prevention. It is a new type light-weighted non-toxic and harmless material with large strength and good performance of anti-permeability. Through flexural loading test and on-site test, we verified its feasibility for water saving and evaporation prevention by covering it on the reservoir water surface. Results suggest that it has good anti-flexural performance, and its final stable size is 1 500 mm×600 mm (length×width).
