摘要

为进一步完善圆柱体绕流环隙流场理论,采用理论分析和模型试验相结合的方法,对不同流量及环隙比条件下圆柱体绕流环隙流场进行了研究,得出其轴向速度及水力损失随测点距离管道中心距离的变化关系曲线,并给出环隙水流轴向速度及水力损失分布曲线以及随流量及环隙比变化的相关拟合公式。试验结果与拟合公式基本一致,相关系数大部分在0.95以上,说明拟合公式是可行的。试验结果为圆柱体绕流环隙流场理论研究及实际应用提供了支撑。

Abstract

To further improve the theory of annulus flow field of the flow around cylinder, we combined theoretical analysis with model test to research the annulus flow field around cylinder in the presence of different flow rates and annulus ratios. The variations of axial velocity and hydraulic loss along with the distance of measurement point to the cylinder center are obtained, and the fitting formulas describing the variations of axial velocity and hydraulic loss with flow rate and annulus ratio are given. The test results are consistent with the fitting formulas, and most of the correlation coefficients are above 0.95, indicating that the fitting formulas are feasible. The result is a test support for the theoretical research and practical application of the annulus flow field around cylinder.
